Wellness, self care, personal well being, all of these concepts and buzz words float around, and sometimes it can be confusing as to what all of it means, especially how it can do anything to impact stress and burn out at work. While there are many ways to approach wellness, our approach is to leverage energy healing tools and best practices from Public Health (i.e the ecological framework) to create a comprehensive approach that aligns a more healthy relationship with not just one’s physical body, but their emotional, mental, and spiritual body as well. Energy healing tools and processes support the clearing, healing, and reinforcing of a person or group of people’s energy field.
Energy Healing is based on the principle that the human energy field is intricately connected to physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Our bodies function as energetic systems, utilizing energy for the operation of the heart, brain, and nervous system. However, when our field of energy is congested and in need of clearing and balancing that can translate into challenges physically, emotionally, mentally, and spiritually. Holistic wellness recognizes all of these various pieces of our human field and seeks to clear, balance, and strengthen, so that we can live a more peaceful, healthy life, full of vitality and harmony.
With that being said, some readers might be curious as to what energy healing-based wellness is and how can it improve the professional environment? Well, just like the human field that is primary made up of physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual energy, so too are companies and non profits, made up of individuals who collectively support the overall health and functionally of a organization. When wellness support is offered at each level of the organization there’s an opportunity to create a more resourced and nourished environment, we use a framework called the workplace wellness spiral to achieve that level of support.
Quantum Light Solution utilizes the wellness spiral to support, teach, and integrate wellness into organizations at 4 levels: Self, Interpersonal, Organizational, and out towards the larger community. Each area of the spiral builds on itself to develop wellness from the inside out.
Acknowledging one’s own physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual wellness and gaining insight and tools to come into balance
From within a space anchored in self then exploring the health and wellness as it relates to personal and professional relationships (i.e co-workers, managers, customers, stakeholders) and leveraging tools and practices to come into greater alignment
Continuing to work on self, while also practicing interpersonal wellness tools. Participants are now also invited to identify areas of integration holistic wellness within their roles and at structural level. Simultaneously, the company's structure and wellness policies are evaluated/ activated to ensure continuity from individual wellness work into the actual culture and environment.
At this level we identify ways in which the inner wellness from self through the spiral connects with outside stakeholders, customers, and the greater community.
